About Accompany Advisory

Accompany Advisory is a niche strategic advisory and leadership capability development firm operating primarily across the Sub-Saharan region. We focus on executives’ parallel and complimentary needs for consulting and capacitation by balancing strategic problem solving and impact consulting, with insight-driven executive-level capability building. Accompany Advisory was founded by Dr Ali Monadjem after leaving his position at McKinsey and Co. He feels passionate about meeting the needs of growing economies where there are marked skills shortages in many spheres but especially at management level. To this end Accompany Advisory has been providing services to mid- and top-level management positions, focusing on the energy sector over the last two years. Accompany Adivosory has also had input in assisting, and advising entrepreneurs in the start-up of new businesses and business concept development, Dr Monadjem's other big passion. To date, services have been provided in management consulting for large start-ups and pro-bono services to small family owned businesses.
