About Accompany

Gregory S. Napier, President of Accompany, LLC has a diverse experience from project delivery, owner representation and facilities management. With over twenty years of development experience, his expertise is unparalleled. Napier started Accompany in 2013. He is a thought leader among designers and is well respected around the construction industry. His knowledge related to development and operations serves as a great background to assist the clients of Accompany. Napier believes that good design and operations should evoke a positive emotional response from those working within and visiting various facilities. For over a decade, Napier managed various aspects of the real estate portfolio of the Purdue Research Foundation (PRF). This included the six research parks based across the state of Indiana. As owner representative for the PRF, Napier’s responsibilities included project management to ensure that development projects reflect positively upon PRF and Purdue University. He provided direct supervision to the facilities management team. He also was involved with recruiting companies to the Purdue Research Parks, which aided in the economic development of the State of Indiana. Napier has an Executive MBA and a Bachelor’s of Science in Landscape Architecture, both from Purdue University. He holds memberships with the Association of University Research Parks, where he has served on its Board of Director’s and chaired its education committee. He also is involved in the American Society of Landscape Architects, and the U.S. Green Building Council. Napier is a Landscape Architect and a LEED Accredited Professional specializing in Building Design and Construction. He also has served on the board of directors for the Indiana Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects and Wabash Valley Hospital, Inc.
