Welcome to Accordia Legal. Accordia Legal is a specialist independent legal recruitment business focusing on placing lawyers in private practice (whether in City, West End, International or regional law firms) and in-house throughout the UK. Accordia Legal was established in 2008. Our founder, Robert Davidson, having previously been a corporate lawyer for a number of years at City, US and regional law firms brings to the business a combination of solid legal experience and recruitment know-how. Since moving into recruitment, Robert has recruited lawyers for a wide range of roles, including partner, assistant and associate, in-house and legal executive roles. Combining his excellent recruitment experience with having been a lawyer for a number of years and a partner within two law firms, Robert has a true understanding of the legal recruitment market place from both an employer and candidate/ lawyer perspective. Accordia Legal focuses on placing lawyers in both private practice and in-house throughout the UK. We currently have roles both in private practice (in a range of practice areas) and in-house.
