Services offered include Residential Sales, Construction Mortgages, Refinances, Home Equity Lines of Credit as well as deferred tax exchanges and large commercial transactions. Accurate Title is also an authorized Agent for First American Title and a member of the American Land Tittle Association, as well as the Louisiana Land and Title Association. Accurate Title is locally owned and operated by partners Richard Reina, Brandon Bennett, and Alexis Hocevar. Richard has a Law degree from LSU and brings over 40 years of experience in the business having founded Professional Title in 1976. After selling the company Richard remained active in the business working for North American Title, Fidelity National Title, as well as Equitable Title and Central Florida Title Company as Manager and Legal Counsel. Brandon has a Law degree from Loyola and has specialized in Real Estate as well as being involved in his family's restaurant business. Alexis served as VP of Enterprise Rent a Car and is currently a consultant in the Real Estate business.
