Accurite was founded in 1993 and has grown in its capabilities to service a wide range of manufacturing facilities. Our current customer base primarily focuses on the appliance industry but we supply custom solutions for various other industries as well. We are confident in our capabilities to serve modern industries requiring full assembly lines, work cells, machining, prototype tooling, gaging, vision system measuring, data collection systems, 3D/2D designs and various automation solutions. Some of our in-house capabilities include (not limited to): -3D Solid Modeling and Machining -Assembly Line and Work Cell Engineering and Build Capabilities -PLC integration and programming -Integration of Pneumatics, Hydraulics and Electric Solutions for Machines -CMM and Quality Control Capabilities Our Engineering department has hands-on knowledge and experience of both mechanical and electrical industrial automation and integration. We work closely with our customers to design and build fixtures or machines that will fully perform to their expectations.
