About Accutech Home Inspections

Accutech Home Inspections LLC is the premiere home inspection company in the greater Dayton area and the Cin-Day corridor area. The founder of our company, Tony Burk, is a certified member of the American Home Inspector Training Institute (AHIT®) as well as the International Association of Certfied Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®). We are also certified as a Council-Certified Residential Mold Inspector (CRMI) and Commercial Mold Inspector. We provide comprehensive home inspections using the latest technologies. Accutech Home Inspections LLC was the first home inspection company to be certified in OHIO to use an Infrared Thermography camera as part of a home inspection back in Aug of 2007. This was done through HomeSafe Home Services, the developers and patent owners of Home Inspection Infrared Thermography training. We also provide termite/WDI inspections, sewer scope inspections, Radon testing, water quantity/quality testing and septic inspections.
