About Ace Ot

ACE OT is an entirely mobile occupational therapy service based in Elmore Victoria. This means we will see you in your home and reduce the need for you to travel to attend appointments. We will see clients in 100km radius from Elmore* and dependent on the circumstances we may increase the distance seen. We work with adults and older adults to support them through occupational therapy interventions to increase their participation in meaningful tasks. We look at you with a holistic lens ensuring we understand the relationship between the person, their environment and their occupations (every day tasks / roles). ACE OT currently works with: - NDIS participants - plan-managed and self-managed only. We are currently in the process of accreditation to see NDIA-managed participants. - TAC clients - Individuals linked in with a home care package provider Services include: - Home and safety assessments including recommendations for minor modifications and equipment - Falls prevention and strategies - Building capacity in independence with everyday tasks (personal, instrumental and community activities) including interventions to manage cognitive changes, visual changes and arm and hand functional changes - Assessment and prescription of assistive technologies - Pressure area care prevention and strategies - NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments and other NDIS supporting reports - and much more
