About ACE Psychological Services

ACE Psychological Services was founded by Dr. Amynda Rhodes in 2014. Long prior to 2014, Associates in Counseling was established by Rebecca Pack, Kathleen Holmes, and Cindy Morrow. After sharing a building and community with one another, ACE joined forces with Associates in Counseling and we began practicing as a group in 2019, combining our resources, our expertise, and our love of our community. We quickly expanded to 16 therapists in two locations. We have an office in Heath, Ohio as well as Lancaster, Ohio. We are a team that values a holistic experience, believing that healing needs to include all aspects of our health; physical, emotional, spiritual, psychological, and social. Most of our therapist are trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). EMDR is a psychotherapy that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences. All the therapists in our office share similar values of excellence, integrity, respect, safety, growth, and community. We are all licensed practitioners and take pride in our commitment to providing ethical, evidence-based treatment to our clients within a professional setting. We value and respect the inherent worth, dignity and uniqueness of everyone who comes into our space. We take pride in providing a safe, comfortable, and confidential space in which to meet the needs of our clients. Importantly, our staff models healthy community with one another, acknowledging lasting healing within the context of community. We strive to provide our clients personal growth, hoping for a richer, fuller, higher quality of life with the services provided.
