About ACEPI - Associazione Certificati e Prodotti di Investimento
The aim is to promote the interest and understanding of certificates and investment products for investors by facilitating the development of the markets in a way that makes them more efficient and transparent regarding these products. ACEPI, for this purpose: • promotes the circulation of information in relation to certificates and Investment Products, among Members that are made up of Financial Intermediaries and the general public; • carries out researches, studies, conference and seminars while also editing the publication of educational and training material, concerning the certificates and investment products; • protects the collective interests of its Members, is the representative for them regarding the regulatory authorities in both Italy and abroad, authorities which it works with by promoting the information of the Products. It also cooperates in order to provide greater transparency to the sector, regarding changes in regulations, through partnerships with institutions that have the same objectives (ACEPI is associated with the European Association EUSIPA); • collaborates with the management companies of the regulated and unregulated markets upon which the certificates and investment products are listed, for the sustainable development of the market; • promotes any other appropriate or useful initiative, that can enhance the degree of protection of the investors regarding the correct and transparent functioning of the certificates and investment products markets.
