We are a Cheshire-based home care company, providing personal care and help with daily living across south and east Cheshire. Areas we cover include Nantwich, Crewe, Audlem, Middlewich, Winsford, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach, and Alsager. Our home care services are for anyone who needs help to live independently in their own home, whatever their age or condition. Building caring relationships, we give tailored support that removes practical difficulties and enriches lives. We work directly with clients, as well as through the NHS and Cheshire East Council. With our home care services, you can stay at home in familiar surroundings. Rather than having to adapt to a care home environment, you will be able to see family and friends as you always have done, enjoy your pets and garden, and stay involved with the local community. Only people with the right personal qualities make it onto our care team – people who are sensitive, kind, and compassionate. Our recruitment process starts with background checks and an in-depth interview. There’s then a 12-week training and probationary period before we decide whether to make a permanent job offer. Carers are supported by our experienced management team, who provide ongoing training and support.
