Giusti is the oldest producer of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, founded in 1605 and today led by the 17th generation of the family. It is the leader producer of premium Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, distributed in 60 countries where it is present in the nicest delicatessen, the most exclusive department stores and the best restaurants. Boasting a unique story of awards and recognitions, with 14 Gold Medals awarded at the 1800’s exhibitions and the Royal Seal of Approval as sole supplier of the King of Italy, Giusti is also an international visiting venue: its famous “acetaie”, the ageing rooms where Giusti balsamic vinegar ages in thousands of casks, 600 of which date back to 1700 and 1800’s, and the recently inaugurated Giusti Museum, a thematic journey through the 400 years of history of the company, attract every year more than 20.000 people, among which gourmet, sommeliers and fine food lovers, coming to discover the secrets of the older vinegar maker of the world. Based on such a long a prestigious story, Giusti is today a dynamic and fast growing company (2017 turn over closed +20%), with a team of more than 50 people, average age 30 years old, 10 of which living outside Italy, continuously developing new ideas for new business strategies, new internal processes and new challenges in terms of products, projects and objectives.
