HISTORY ACG Accent AB is part of ACG-Gruppen AB since 1961, run by the Westerlind family. The company started with machinery for the garment industrym working with suppliers such as Reece, Lewis and Eastmanm and is still distributor for Eastman and Reece. ACG-Gruppen AB comprises a number of different companies with a variety of directions. Apart from ACG Nyström AB, the group includes ACG Accent AB, ACG Fyrtal AB, Eskils Tryckeri AB, ACG Elec Sweden AB, Kinna Automatik AB and others. The total turnover exceeds SEK 350 million with a staff of approximately 200 employees. The label department was established 35 years ago as a department within ACG Nyström AB, Even then the focus was on textile branding, mainly for the Swedish garment industry. in 1991 ACG Accent AB was created as a subsidiary company within ACg Gruppen. Growing constantly since its inception, ACG Accent purchased all mechanical equipment from Stema Specialtryck during the spring of 2010. THe deal resulted in a solid expansion for ACG Accent, which currently has 50 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 70 million. ACG Accent boasts its own design studio and production of both label and transfer concepts, and offers a global logistics solution. The ambition is to be market leader within these areas
