About Achieve Disability Supports Pty
We are a Disability Support Service based in Redcliffe, and we service the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Brisbane, Ipswich, Toowoomba, Logan, Gold Coast, Scenic Rim, all the way down to the NSW border. We service the entire area of South East Qld. We have a house available for STA/MTA/SIL in Redcliffe. A minute from the beach, close to shops, public transport, and only 30 mins from Brisbane. We have Vacation Care for school kids from 5-18 during school holidays. Our support workers can do day shifts, weekend shifts, overnight shifts and work in the following areas: Personal Care Community Access Daily Living Skills Travel and Transport Domestic and Garden Life Transitions Psycho-Social Recovery Coaching Finding and Keeping a job / Employment support Our Level 3 Specialist Support Coordinator can help you apply for NDIS, understand your plan, link you to service providers and allied health, assist you in reviews and when your circumstances change, write reports to the NDIS, and keep track of your spending and budgets in your plan. Our owner has a diploma in Community Services, diploma in Counselling, and an associate degree in Community Sector Management. She also has 30 years of experience working in the Community Sector, working with children and youth, homelessness, community housing, mental health, disabilities, and has lived experience with disability herself. She spent years in a wheelchair after breaking her neck, before learning how to walk again. She understands and want's our participants to get the help they need and deserve, to achieve their goals.
