At Achieve Health & Wellness, we provide specialized and intensive physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy for individuals with neurological disorders. Our goal is to provide each client with high-quality individualized care, addressing clients' unique needs in order to help them reach their goals and surpass perceived limits. Our skilled therapy is designed to be the driving force that accelerates each client toward gaining the motor skills for functional mobility, the speech-language skills for autonomous communication, and the oral motor skills for safe feeding, all necessary for a greater quality of life. Intensive Therapy Design: • Frequency: 3 hours a day, 5 days a week • Duration: 3 weeks • One-on-one intervention with licensed and DMI certified PT and OT • One-on-one intervention with licensed and Natural Language Acquisition / Gestalt Language Processing certified ST • On-site access to AAC in partnership with TobiiDynavox, Saltillo, and others • Exercise and Communication programs that are uniquely individualized
