Achieve New Heights, LLC is focused getting the right person in the right position so they are fully energized and motivated to be their best self. In this way they become high performing team members on high performing teams. This requires people to be the right role that leverage their skills, interests and ability; work for the right leader that motivates them to give their best effort; and be in the right culture that fosters them to be their best self. Surveys show that 63% of team members are thinking of changing companies in 2024. There are always a multitude of reasons, but lack of connection to the team, and particularly to the leader are the main reasons. I work with organizations of all types and sizes, but mainly in the small to medium size. We establish the right onboarding and team connection to foster their connection and belonging. We also develop the leaders to build those connection and relationships so they focus on developing the people, to care for them, to help them feel connected. Finally we work with individuals to improve their leadership skills in the areas of self-leadership, sales, communication and more. When team members choose to depart, due to lack of connection or desire for the next step, we work with them to attain that next position. One that fully energizes them so they can have the life that fulfills them. I am a Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member, able to leverage my 42+ years of military, corporate and non-profit experience, combined with the teachings of John C. Maxwell, to achieve these goals. I provide this material through speaking, training, coaching, plus individual and team assessments. Topics include communication, attitude, sales, relationships and equipping.
