We are firm believers in the transformative power of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace for both employers and employees - and are dedicated to bringing this power to Israeli companies and organizations. To create a more equitable and inclusive work environment, it is crucial to foster change in perceptions, emotions, and behaviors among employers, employees, and candidates. aChord deeply believes in the power of employers to lead this change by creating inclusive meeting places for all sectors of Israeli society. To this end, we are focused on research, development and consulting to and for employers interested in being part of the change. Through our initiatives, aChord’s Employment department develops interventions and tools while providing comprehensive training to hundreds of managers, human resources personnel, and members of underrepresented groups in companies across the Israeli ecosystem. This enables them to effectively implement diversity and inclusion practices, including identifying and recruiting talent from diverse backgrounds, fostering inclusive workplace cultures, and embracing inclusive management practices. Together and in partnership with Israel's leading businesses, governmental entities and social organizations, we strive to build workplaces where everyone's unique contributions are valued and celebrated.
