Ackerberg is a privately held real estate investment organization. We have substantial experience in designing, constructing, renovating, financing, and operating commercial and residential projects. For almost 60 years the company has developed, owned and/or renovated in excess of 4,000 apartments or condominium units and over 7 million square feet of retail, office and industrial property across the country. Ackerberg doesn’t do “cookie cutter,” and we’ve been fortunate enough to focus on work that matters to us. We do not operate any two of our properties in the same way; our properties stand out because they are unique, as is the way we do business.
