ACM Interiors was founded by Alice Constable Maxwell in 2006 out of a belief in relaxed, informal yet functional interiors. An artist by training, Alice worked in fashion before branching into interiors, firstly working for Verschoyle Interiors, and later, as head tutor of KLC School of Interior Design. ACM style is unique – a classical approach combined with a keen eye for distinctive combinations and quality craftsmanship. “I’m not a lover of stark interiors, with lonely pieces of furniture and single, feature walls. I prefer things to feel warm and actually just a little bit ‘lived in’ ”. Every space is a unique, one-off creation, where aesthetic and practical requirements are seamlessly combined – the result: contemporary with a traditional twist. We offer a fully bespoke service, from managing building works and decoration to sourcing and installation. We’ve also launched a Consultation Service – “Interior Design Your Home” for clients who’d like to do the work themselves, but who need advice on layouts, colour schemes, suppliers and tradesmen. Whether working on large redevelopments or the decoration of a single room, we deliver expert results on time and within budget.
