As a recruitment consultancy that has been placing candidates into permanent, contract and temporary positions within London for over 60 years we believe we can offer a service that stands out. Our aim is to provide the best service to all our clients (companies and applicants) and above all to maintain the high level of repeat business and recommendation we enjoy based on our ability to put people and vacancies together combined with our reputation for honesty. Our size allows us to maintain the personal touch that contributes to our success which is no doubt also due to the unusually long service record of our own staff. As a result when applicants wish to make use of our services again they are often pleasantly surprised to discover their original contact is still with us even several years later – and of course companies find it highly beneficial that they don’t need to constantly re-explain their culture and processes to us. We are members of the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) the leading professional body for the UK recruitment industry, which aims to ensure high standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism; something that our clients regularly comment on. All our consultants are also encouraged to become members of the associated Institute of Recruitment Professionals (IRP) in their own right.
