ACMIRS PARTNERS is a development and operations management advisory Agency with the scope of operation on the African Continent. The professionals working within ACMIRS are specifically trained and have competences in Development Management and Transaction Advisory. We advise Public and Private sector Enterprises and Projects of varying sizes. The mission of Acmirs Consulting is focused on enabling our clients to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery to their key stakeholders, by using our development and operations management advisory experience, and Project structuring and transaction advisory expertise. We undertake diagnostic interventions in enterprises/projects performance management by carrying out performance Audits using the TFP (Total factors Productivity) Analysis; and give advice on corrective prescription using the BSC (Balanced Scorecard) and COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) Models. We advise on Project procurement for our clients and form part of their contract negotiation teams. We undertake multi-sectoral policy studies, and evaluations within the Infrastructure, Utilities, and network industries. We add value to our clients’ services for the eventual benefit of their clients and the social and economic segments of the Society. No two projects/assignments are exactly alike; each has unique opportunities, limitations and challenges. We therefore take pride in services and products offered by each facility; working with our clients in a variety of ways to adapt optimally to its environment in order to meet the highest standards for user comfort, design integrity, and service efficiency and effectiveness.
