The Founder’s expertise as a business lawyer is also well-established, as displayed by Harvard Business School’s use of his published material to teach business students. The Firm’s philosophy is to provide the highest-quality legal services, with integrity, honesty, hard-work and communication. The Founder left the partnership of Big Law, because he saw a need within middle market companies to receive such superior legal advice with more efficiency.
