During ACQ’s furniture liquidation process of physically removing cubicles and furniture, unwanted electronics (e-waste) are routinely handled. In 2005, California put into affect a program which required higher levels of collection and recycling of e-waste. ACQ made an environmental business decision to become a “State Approved Collector”, adding the new division, Electronic Waste Management (EWM).
