About Acqua Degli Dei - Mediterranean Essence
Acqua degli Dei is a line of fragrances and perfumed products inspired by the beauties of Calabria and the Mediterranean. It is a pioneer project in experience marketing which “dialogues” with its clients through emotions making them re-experience their emotions, guided by a careful study of olfactive harmonies, and the charms of a land that has always welcomed heroes and inspired poets. The name Acqua degli Dei is tied to the Coast of the Gods, the place where this project was first outlined, and also to the charms of stories and legends which are an intrinsic part of Calabria. The name is coupled with the payoff “Mediterranean Essence” which expresses the philosophy of the project with a play on the word “essence”, meant as a fragrance and also as the pulsating heart of the Mediterranean. Expansion The Acqua degli Dei project, first launched in April 2015 with the first mono-brand sales point in Tropea, has tripled the mono-brand sales points in Calabria with the opening of the stores in Pizzo (2017) and Soverato (2018). Thus in just a few years the enthusiasm of its visitors, of its clients and of all the internauts that are continuously updating the Acqua degli Dei fan-pages have grown exponentially (to date the brand has more than 8000 fans). Proof of this growth, moreover, can be seen in the ever-growing number of hotels and other businesses connected with tourism that, year after year, decide to renew their presence or become new partners in the project, participating in the “Experiences” Brochure (from only 11 partner firms in 2015 to 40 partner firms and businesses in the 2019 edition). Considering the ever-increasing request for the products in other Calabrian localities and elsewhere in Italy, the Acqua degli Dei expansion policy has included exclusive corners inside prestigious perfumery shops and in the sales points of the partner firms since 2019.
