We specialize in rigging training, overhead crane operator training, industrial safety training, reference materials and training program development services. Our Background Founded in 1995, ACRA Enterprises first published the Rigging Handbook as a compact field reference for those involved with rigging and lifting operations. This book is well received in the industry and has quickly become a primary part of many rigging training programs across North America. Today we offer books, training materials, rigging seminars and onsite rigging training classes. Our Customers ACRA Enterprises' clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small independent construction companies to individuals involved with rigging. We have developed and presented rigging training programs to power plants, paper mills, municipal utilities, pipeline contractors, union training centers, and the offshore oil industry. Our instructors have made training presentations in training rooms, conference centers, oil fields, and even on turbine decks and supply boats working on the Cook Inlet in Alaska. Our Staff Our training staff is made up of experienced, certified instructors that have invested thousands of hours teaching the skilled trades workforce. In addition to their instructional skills, they have worked within the industry as journeyman and draw from their work experiences to more effectively communicate with the trainees.
