Our registered proprietor is Mrs Carol Townley, who has had 30 years experience working in the care sector, which includes working in Hospitals, Mental Health Institutes, Residential Care Homes, Live–in Care and Domiciliary Care. This wide knowledge and experience led Carol to set up ACS Care Services in June 2001. She prides herself on being a highly committed Manager always striving to improve her own performance and that of all ACS Care Service’s employees. Carol sets very high standards to ensure all service users receive a quality service, one in which you would entrust the care of your own family members. These high standards are achieved by ensuring employees receive up to the minute training, spot checks, supervisions, and annual appraisals. Above all Carol has a caring nature, is sensitive to the needs of service users, and empathises with them. The Service user’s happiness with the care they are receiving is of paramount importance and ACS Care Services make every effort to ensure we provide a service of excellence.
