Expert Sim Techs overhaul the following to New Specifications: motion legs (jacks/actuators), pumps, servo valves, control loaders, knuckle assemblies, and complete rebuild of HPU’s. Rebuilt actuators are tested on ACS' state-of-the-art test stand, verified for FAA requirements, and returned with incoming & outgoing test results. Spares of various manufacturers and models, are also available. ACS offers conversion kits for your obsolete HPU pumps; a retrofit for all applications, increasing the lifespan & reliability of your system. Military, and airlines all over the world trust ACS for their engineering, machining, and overhaul needs.
