Air is Suitable for Recirculation A vertical duct riser may not be required as the air quality exhausted from EcoKitchen is suitable for recirculation. A separate fresh air supply is required. Fire shafts are not necessary to house exhaust ducting from EcoKitchen No exhaust maintenance required. No need to replace the carbon filter unit - only the carbon needs to be replaced. We offer a one-stop customised, “intelligent” solution to your grease management needs. This solution is known as the Smart Tank Management system. This system captures 99% of grease and reduces labour, overspills, odours. Staff are not required to carry out any maintenance If you opt for the monitoring system add-on, the system will notify you via an online portal and also alert the pump-out company in advance of when the pump-out is necessary.
