About ACT*

Founded in 1997, ACT* is a Brussels based communications agency specialising in retail. Its client list includes numerous major brands in the FMCG, telecoms and luxury sectors. Having recognised the growing importance of digital at an early stage, the agency has developed all the necessary skills in-house sot that it can offer a complete omni-channel solution to its customers. In 2014, ACT* acquired Cleverwood, a company specialised in digital strategy, social media and content marketing to reinforce its offering. The operational excellence of the company and its system of participatory management, “collective intelligence”, attracted the French based international group Altavia, specialised in publishing, packaging and retail, which integrated the Brussels based company in 2015. The two agencies combined their expertise to become one of the largest retail focussed agencies in Belgium, today.
