Is this unique - you bet it is! In Michigan, there are roughly 400 licensed security companies. Of these 400, approximately 25 (less then 5%) of them operate their own monitoring center. The rest sub-contract out the monitoring to another company. At ACT NOW ALARM, we simply do not believe in this practice.
