Filling this void in the marketplace became the goal. Since this time, the company has progressed to become the largest manufacturer of specialised stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium & brass products in the area, through expert design, coordination & quality of workmanship, endearing itself to both local & interstate builders, architects, clubs & foodservice consultants as a result. ACT Stainless Steel offers a full design service with CAD flexibility & accuracy, along with expertise in all aspects of metal fabrication, project coordination, foodservice equipment selection & sales, from CFSP qualified staff. Employing only the most qualified & experienced tradespeople for associated work such as refrigeration & beer systems, Joinery/Carpentry, Plumbing & Electrical installation. With recent equipment upgrades, involving the addition of CNC machinery in the form of a Finnpower CNC turret punch & Gasparini CNC brake press, ACT Stainless Steel utilizes state of the art fabrication methods, including full 3D design of componentry with Solid works software. Such accuracy & product quality has not been available in the stainless steel industry in Canberra until this time.
