About Action Pact

The Action Pact family of companies serves the retirement and care community who stand at the forefront of the culture change movement in long-term care. Specializing in the area of organizational design, leadership development and the Household Model, Action Pact propagates the philosophy of creating a learning organization in which residents, their families and staff can learn and grow and work together. Action Pact Consulting works with clients to redesign the way the organization itself functions, moving from traditional top-down management towards a collaborative effort of self-governing teams. We work with the organization in a seamless fashion at any and all points along their journey from early vision through the development of new environments, to living in homey spaces with meaning and purpose and pleasure in daily living.
