Certified Business and Executive Coach, Heather Yakes, established ActionCOACH Central Ohio in 2014. After 20+ years in the corporate world working with Fortune 500 companies to increase their sales and profits, she chose to “come back home” and fulfill her passion for helping small to medium size businesses in the Central Ohio community do the same. Her experience over the years has made it clear that most business challenges boil down 3 primary areas: time, team and money. For business owners it is simple. We want a profitable business that can work without us. Let’s face it, none of us went into business to create a “job” for ourselves, but the reality is that most business owners are captive to their own business. As a business coaches, our greatest reward is witnessing the transformation that our clients make from working long hours, achieving less than desired profit and keeping their dream team to a profitable business that can work without them!
