Activ8 was founded on a vision that would reinvent the go-to-market Voluntary Benefits (VB) strategy and help employee benefits brokers and consultants embrace and adopt these supplemental programs as part of their client's core benefits programs. At the time, these programs were mismatched and misunderstood. There was a glaring lack of subject matter expertise when it came to positioning them as a value add for employers to enhance the options they made available to their employees. Activ8 has continued to evolve since 2015. Today, we continue to serve our broker partners, but we also provide consulting resources around holistic benefits and total rewards package evaluation, compliance consulting, employee education, data management, and general population well-being directly to employers.
