Our mission is straightforward: to enhance the UTS experience beyond the classroom. We aim to be recognised as the heart of the UTS community and a global leader in student experiences. With over 180 clubs and societies and more than 30,000 student club memberships, we create numerous opportunities for students – and the UTS community - to grow, connect, and thrive. We support 380+ Elite Athlete Program participants and run thousands of events annually, engaging students and community members both on and off campus. Our commercial division manages hospitality venues such as The Underground Sydney, The Loft on Broadway, Aerial Function Centre, The Terrace Café, and the UTS Store, with all profits reinvested into student experiences. At ActivateUTS, we value our employees' journey and experience. We offer additional leave days and free gym membership at ActivateFit.Gym, a daily meal allowance, and paid parental leave.
