Founded in 2017 by a team of passionate and dedicated individuals, our mission is to empower young changemakers to launch sustainable social enterprises and find decent work. We skill (train, mentor, coach) and resource young changemakers to be digitally relevant, employable and enterprising. OUR VISION: Empowered youth and women building sustainable social enterprises and careers. OUR MISSION: Leverage technology to empower unemployed youth and women to build sustainable social enterprises and careers through training, mentorship, and consultancy, incubation of innovative social enterprise startups, job matching and placement. OUR PROGRAMS: 1. MENTORSHIP: We enable young entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders to unlock their human potential so that they can better lead others, make more informed decisions, build stronger businesses and careers and support their families and communities to fulfill their long-term economic and social potential. 2. EMPLOYABILITY: We mobilize, identify, recruit and train top youth talents through rigorous capacity building programs before handing them over to businesses and organizations for enhanced performance and results. 3.
