About Active in the Community
Active in the Community CIC are a not-for-profit project and facility management company that specialise in the public sector. We provide a specialist service that allows Local Authorities and professional bodies to achieve their outcomes at a reduced cost to direct employment. We operate our services under the branding that the client requires, which in turn allows for their presence to grow and for the communities we deliver in to have a recognisable brand that feels local to them. Through these services, we offer large number of low cost activities to the public and schools, the team also provide professional services and advice to partner organisations throughout the Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire Counties and the surrounding areas. We also offer a comprehensive lettings service to schools and sports clubs which focuses on growing the community offer and maximising the financial return for the facility owner as we have no shareholders to work for!
