Active Learning is a business education consulting firm based in Tokyo. We provide executive consulting services to a variety of businesses ranging from startups to multi-conglomerate enterprises. Active Learning seeks to impart our valued clients with guidance on employee recruitment and training as well as corporate strategy and restructuring. Active Learning is also intimately involved with various regional revitalization projects, providing innovative business services to local farmers, fishermen, and artisans. Our most well-known project––Undiscovered Gems of Japan, which has been recognized by Japan's Prime Minister––connects local Japanese food producers with foreign markets and, through a series of nation-wide competitions, spotlights the most exquisite and authentic cuisine that Japan has to offer. In addition to education and revitalization, Active Learning has taken initiative to foster a culture of open innovation across the ASEAN region. Our annual summit NexGen brings together industry-leading companies, unique startups and top university students from around the world.
