I love listening to stories and believe that having someone with an open ear and caring heart will help you heal, restore, and prepare for your best journey. I have discovered my best solutions in life have often come when I am outdoors and nature helps me feel free and open to new ideas. My practice is called Active Talks, where we believe that simply going for a walk, throwing a ball, heading for a hike, bowling or working out while talking with a therapist using their knowledge and life experience will help you find your best path. Active Talks create a safe place to have honest conversations while moving together in a natural environment. We will look at your journey and the steps that led you to here through a narrative approach, find the lessons learned, and then chart out where you want to go next. We believe outdoor talk therapy and exercise together will help activate your endorphins and unlock the most creative ways to make your best life decisions. We also trust that soliciting your feedback and working collaboratively with you each step of the way will help you get your best results. We also use cutting edge technology and research to give you your best results. We use Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) because we trust that working collaboratively with you will get your top outcome. We employ Biofeedback (HeartMath) to help teach you how to increase your emotional self-regulation and adjust your physiological state simultaneously.
