We are a community interest company, with a mission to transform a generation of young people’s physical, social and mental wellbeing by providing access, opportunity and vital skills through active learning. We provide a number of services..... - Mentoring Programme: working with primary schools and their teachers. Developing individualised training programmes to improve activity levels, learning outcomes and teacher confidence. Over a 9 week period, your staff will start by shadowing our sessions, they will then support our coaches and by the end of the programme your teachers will lead on the sessions with our support. Our mentors will provide best practice coaching, followed by observations, verbal/written feedback and remote support. - Class Coaching: We know that there is often little time in the school day for teachers to deliver physical activity. Our specialist coaches can reduce workload by delivering physical activity sessions to meet the CCEA PE curriculum. PE Deep Dive Day; We know how important teacher training days are. We will deliver bespoke training that will give teachers a ‘deep dive’ into designing, delivering and monitoring physical activity sessions to meet the CCEA curriculum. - Wrap Around: Our coaches can deliver active sessions both during lunch times or as an after-school club to enhance pupil performance and extend opportunities beyond the curriculum. We can provide a useful, additional resource for teachers during lunchtime periods and also for parents where wrap around care can be invaluable. - AYNI Holiday Camps: We will be delivering active learning holiday camps so that physical activity continues even when term time stops. Our camps will be filled with fun, activity and essential learning; embedding lifelong physical, emotional and social skills and knowledge to support a lifetime of healthy living.
