About Acton Consulting

Acton Consulting is a management consulting firm located in Edmonton, Alberta, that has been offering service to clients across Canada and the north-western United States since 1994. Our firm offers a full suite of services for public and private sector clients to provide Executive Decision Support. These include Business Process Redesign, Activity Based Costing, Performance Management, Capital Investment Analysis, Business Case Development, Strategic Planning, Organizational Design and Staff and Management Training and Development. We have been awarded five Alberta Premier’s Awards of Excellence for work with Alberta Transportation (Gold – 1997, Silver – 2000, Bronze – 2003) and Alberta Municipal Affairs (Silver – 2003, Silver – 2005). The Institute of Public Administration of Canada (IPAC) also recognized our work in 1997 (Silver award). We pride ourselves in offering professional services that exceed our customer’s expectations. Each consultant is committed to obtaining and maintaining the CMC (Certified Management Consultant) professional designation, as a source of third-party assurance to the quality of Acton Consulting’s staff and product.
