Acuity provides specialist advisory and support services to organisations in the public sector. Working in partnership with our clients we enable high performance and cost savings through a range of services. We ensure delivery of Public Sector reform that: - Improves quality of services - Reduces costs and; - Increases efficiencies We achieve this via our core services Programme and Project Management, Strategy Development, ICT and Information Management, Business Case Development Business Change and Procurement. Formed in 2006, Acuity is a limited company wholly owned by its staff. Our values are derived from our experience of working within public sector bodies and lessons learned working for large consulting organisations. We understand the need to balance investment in development with: - real, tangible benefits - delivering real, measurable cost savings and - quality improvements. Our consultants are located nationwide, with our headquarters in Exeter, and are all genuine experts in their field, many of them having worked in the public sector prior to moving into consulting. We have deliberately designed our business on a lean model, eliminating overheads, maximising value from each member of the team and enabling us to respond rapidly and flexibly to our clients' increasingly demanding requirements. We pride ourselves on the manner in which we integrate successfully within client teams and use a very collaborative working approach.
