MECS is a member of Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO). It was incorporated in Canada at Federal level in 2006 as an extension of Microtech engineering in 1995. All our products undergo quality checks at various stages before they reach to our customers and most of the products are manufactured under ISO 9001 QA programme and are cETL / cUL approved. We fully stand behind our products and all our products have warranty of one full year. In addition, for massage chairs, the warranty on mechanical frame and for Infrared Saunas, the warranty on heaters is for 5 years. Customer satisfaction is our motto. If you are not happy with the product, we will gladly accept the return subject to certain conditions. Please refer to our Company Policy. We provide our price match guarantee. Our quality standards are higher, hence our costs are also higher, however, if you find similar product from a different supplier at a lower advertised price (with comparable quality standards as ours), we will gladly match the price and also offer a 5% further discount on the price difference.
