At Ad Astra (“to the stars” in Latin), we believe every child deserves the chance to reach their fullest potential. And that every clinician deserves a workplace that empowers them to do their best work. We are a fast-growing ABA therapy provider, focused on early intervention for children with autism up to age 6. Our space-themed centers are play-driven, designed for both structured learning and joyful exploration. With thoughtfully built spaces, comprehensive treatment plans, and collaborative teams, we strive to set the bar for quality in center-based ABA. But our mission goes beyond clinical outcomes. We are waging a quiet revolution in ABA: fighting burnout, cutting through administrative noise, and building operations + backend teams for each center that free clinicians to focus on supporting kids and families. Our investment in clinical quality, staff development, and supportive leadership creates a culture where providers feel valued, heard, and inspired. Since opening our first center in Overland, MO, in 2024, we’ve expanded rapidly, with several more centers opening soon across St. Louis as well as in other states. Our long-term vision is to bring our model of high-quality care and strong workplace culture to communities across the country.
