We raise heritage livestock through regenerative agriculture—restoring soil, honoring the land, and working in harmony with creation. Our Mangalitsa pigs forage freely in native forests, thriving on a natural diet of acorns, hickory nuts, and wild plants, just as animals once did when husbandry and habitat were not separate things. From this sacred relationship between land, animal, and artisan, we craft traditional cured meats—prosciutto, pancetta, coppa, bacon—guided by ancestral European techniques. Each product is slowly aged, naturally cured, and made without shortcuts, chemicals, or compromise.
