Raymond Koepsell has been appraising real estate of all types for eminent domain/condemnation purposes since 1990. With appraisal experience in Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia, he provides expert witness testimony and litigation support for condemnors and condemnees alike. After attending Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, Georgia with his future wife, Mr. Koepsell graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BBA in Management. He began his appraisal career in 1990 by working as a research assistant with The L. James Parham Company in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 1991, he worked as an apprentice appraiser with Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. in Tampa, Florida. In 1993, Raymond Koepsell became a State-Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and the Florida Right-of-Way arm of Moreland Altobelli Associates, Inc. was purchased by American Acquisition Group. Mr. Koepsell worked as a Senior Appraiser and Right-of-Way/Relocation Agent for American Acquisition until 2003. From 2003-2015, he worked as Appraisal Manager at G. Randall Hammond & Co. in Atlanta, Georgia. Adaero Consulting, LLC was started in 2014 when Raymond Koepsell was designated as the Project Lead for Moreland Altobelli Associates' Master Valuation Services Contract for District 2 of the Georgia Department of Transportation. Mr. Koepsell holds the ASA (Accredited Senior Appraiser) designation from the American Society of Appraiser within the Real Property, Urban discipline. He is passionate about eminent domain and believes that the public is best served by providing high-quality appraisal reports with a strong defense of market value. His project experience includes road-widenings, powerlines, pipelines, Interstate interchanges, and airports.
