Opening its doors in 2016, Adapt began with a simple mission...to collectively provide the highest quality of applied behavioral therapy to our clients! This starts and ends with our commitment to the professional development of our teams, and effective implementation of our interventions. With over 15 years in the field, our founder Mr. Grant has experienced the life changing work of behavior analysis when it is implemented in an effective manner as well as the pitfalls of working for companies that focus more on their "productivity" than the quality of care. This delays a client's progress, costing them precious intervention time, as well as the professional development of the clinician. At Adapt we strive to be the better company. We have assembled a collection of the most talented, passionate individuals within the field of ABA driven towards the common goal of providing the highest quality of service. With a rigorous, multifaceted, and ongoing employee training program, we have provided our teams with the skills and support needed to provide the level of service your families deserve! Within our group, diversity of thought and experience is paramount. As such, our staff's education and experience range from backgrounds in behavior analysis to marriage and family therapy to education to social work. We use these fields of knowledge in conjunction with the fundamentals of ABA to develop a more modern, progressive, and comprehensive approach to our interventions. At Adapt, we strive to teach individuals concepts, not just rote behaviors; to think and learn and evolve in their own unique way; to help them in their lives now....and to leave parents and caregivers with the tools they will need to address any additional concerns in the future.
