About Adapt To Perform
Adapt to Perform was founded by Ben Clark, an ex-professional swimmer whos life changed in an accident leaving him paralysed in 3/4 of his body. Not letting it stop him he wanted to regain his health and fitness again, but after struggling to find any resources online but to no luck. So he decided to create one himself. Starting with just a phone and a borrowed mic creating videos for Youtube we now cater for over 10,000 individuals with various abilities and all over the world. Not only to help with physical fitness but mental health and community which is a vital part of what we do.
