About ADARA

We’re a team of design and planning permission experts based in London. We’re slightly different from most architectural companies, as half of our team are planners, which means we not only create incredible designs but more importantly we make sure they get planning permission. Furthermore, our RTPI accredited planners have valuable experience as senior planning officers within a number of Local Authorities across London, giving them a clear understanding of exactly what it takes to successfully guide projects through the planning system. From the outset, our planners identify and address any potential planning concerns before our team of designers even put pen to paper. This means that our schemes do not require major revisions when the planning officers have had a chance to review them, contributing to our high success rate. We have a tremendous amount of experience in working on projects of varying scales ranging from home extensions and new houses to apartment buildings. We also provide a free consultation service, where we can discuss your ideas along with some of our own.
