With a career spanning education, business, and ADHD advocacy, I bring diverse experience and passion to my work. My journey began with a Maths and Business degree, leading to six years as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte in London, where I developed training materials for trainee accountants. In 1997, I co-founded Computer Gym, empowering the long-term unemployed with skills in resistance training and computer literacy until 2004. Seeking to impact young minds, I retrained as a high school math teacher in 2008. From 2010 to 2019, I taught on the Gold Coast, fostering supportive learning environments in mathematics. In 2016, I established an online business selling STEM toys for primary children, combining education with creativity for five years. Recognizing the need for better ADHD support, I earned a counseling diploma in 2023 and founded ADD-Vantage, an online platform for ADHD education and empowerment. Through ADD-Vantage, I offer practical, evidence-based strategies for families, individuals, and educators. My career blends analytical acumen with creative problem-solving. I am committed to debunking ADHD myths, providing education, and helping individuals with ADHD thrive. My mission is to foster understanding and support for ADHD, ensuring everyone can reach their full potential.
