At AddClarity we offer proofreading, editing and copywriting services for a range of documentation. Founder of AddClarity, Vicki Fox, is passionate about writing, both with the accuracy and quality of language. When we write she believes we must understand who the reader or audience is. The writing must be tailored to the audience: the content has to be relevant, in a style appropriate for the reader, and needs to be clear and engaging to retain their interest. By working closely with you, the client, and listening to your needs, AddClarity will ensure you retain your unique voice, while presenting your ideas in a manner designed to engage your audience. Those clients whose first language is not English can be assured of specialised proofreading services. We may include our style sheet, which will explain why certain terms or uses are necessary, for future use. In addition, you will have security in the knowledge that our proofreaders and editors have checked for nuance of meaning, unintentional confusion, accuracy of grammar and use of language. We can deliver peace of mind that your document is the best you can make it, with language conventions followed and with consistency throughout. We see the proofreader as being the final surveyor for accuracy and consistency before publication or circulation of any written material.
